With data knowledge from hundreds of cross channel campaigns, George is a strategic thinker and true advocate of digital and performance marketing. His marketing approach includes outbound and inbound marketing analysis that span over a decade of advertising and sales experience.
In 2011, he joined the Think Digital Group to set up and grow ForestView into a leading performance marketing agency in CEE with campaigns running in over 35 countries. He is now working on Adaptive Advertising and Programmatic Marketing. Overseeing the development of proprietary technology for Dynamic and Personal Messaging to custom audiences.
With sales and direct marketing in the UK he moved to Greece towards the end of the “dot.com boom” and worked for a technology incubator on internet ISP, private banking and mobile marketing projects with Upstream. He then became Business Development Director & Strategic Advisor for the Olympic DDB Group. He worked on major accounts and helped develop DDB’s network in South East Europe. He later moved to Romania as Executive Director and then became MD of the DDB Belgrade office. Returning to Greece he set up his own activities in the field of entertainment marketing with major clients like Coca Cola, Cosmote Telecoms and Patras Cultural Capital of Europe. He later set up a 3D digital services unit for JNL Advertising and joined MTV as Head of Marketing & Business Development repositioning the channel closer to the local market. He managed several interactive projects, and as Producer, he airs MTV World Stage to 120 countries. He then joins Think Digital Group and sets up ForestView the performance marketing specialists of the group. The company is now a Google All Star Partner, awarded PPC agency and one of the first affiliate and retargeting networks in Greece. It has also developed its own Adaptive Advertising technology under the name of Chameleon.
George is a frequent conference speaker and judge on European digital advertising panels, a member of IAB, the Greek E-Commerce Association, Board Member of the Institute of Communication and member of the Advertising Association, a marketing educational speaker, guest lecturer as well as a passionate trekker and adventurer.
